For all for whom this doesn't work. Try this solution: place both transmitters next to them (not like in this video, just next to them). On new transmitter, press button you want to map and hold for around 8 seconds, then release it. Now old transmitter press the same button three times each time for around 1 second. After that, press once the same button on new transmitter also for around 1 second. From now on button should be mapped to new transmitter. You have to do the same operation for other buttons as well as this doesn't copy whole transmitter but only button you press.

I was not able to program a new transmitter following this video for an older version of the transmitter with the new model transmitter. But I followed the programing procedure for older Nice motors and I was able to program the unit with the following steps: You need to make sure you are close to the receiving unit (motor)
    • Procedure with OLD transmitter memorized in Mode 1:
    01. Draw near the control unit with the two transmitters: Wait 1 second between one step and the next.
    02. On the NEW transmitter press and hold any key for at least 8 seconds then release it.
    03. On the OLD transmitter press and hold any key to be copied for at least 2 seconds then release it.
    04. On the OLD transmitter press and hold any key to be copied for at least 2 seconds then release it.
    05. On the OLD transmitter press and hold any key to be copied for at least 2 seconds then release it.
    06. On the NEW transmitter press and hold a key to be memorized for at least 5 seconds then release it.
Repeat the procedure for each transmitter to be memorized

After that, you'll need to wait for 10 seconds, and it works.

@@aaronstately it is correct, you need to press the button 3 times at this point, that's why steps 3. - 5. are identical

If this doesn't work, do the following: on the new remote, hold down the button you want to program for 8s, after that press the button on the old remote three times (about 1s per click), then press the same button on the new remote again for one last time. Wait 5s and the remote should work. I was standing right next to my gate, not sure if that is required. I had an ERA1 transmitter already programmed and used it to program an ERA2 transmitter.

You need to make sure the battey in the donor transmitter is new/good. I tried several times without success but changed the donor battey and worked first time.

Man I have the same exact models, & I can’t get my new remote to work. I didn’t think about the battery. I hope that’s what’s wrong with mine, because I’ve wasted hours upon hours trying to program these dam remotes.

Yeah.. total BS. Doesn’t work. So I paid €25 for a gate fob saving €45, as the gate company wanted €70.
Now they still want €70 as a call out to come and program this one!!!
