I agree that u should wear whatever u want but I don’t think it’s necessarily stupid of them to spend money on it. It’s a goal in life for some people and to them it means they finally made it. Same thing as buying a nice car or nice house, you wanna show off the money you made. Also now it’s NECESSARY to have jewelry if your a rapper or people won’t take u seriously (unfortunately). But for them it’s an investment. If I buy a 10k watch and wear it in my video, and that video blows up because of the watch and I make 20k off that video, the watch paid for itself 2 times over
