I have unbelievable trama from being in the external ISKCON, for my whole life 44 years, culminating in New Vrndavan Kicking me out and Banning me what you described when you went to Radhanath swami, is exactly how I was delt with, Shunned, Demonized, not given a voice, made out to be crazy. I was able to speak to you and I feel so blessed , Krsna has given me someone who can empathize, and understand what that kind of trauma is. I feel I am actually beginning to heal. So many of you have gone thru a living hell as children in ISKCON. my heart goes out to all of you.I have stepped away from the movement but not Krishna. It's very hard to be vaishnavi like when you are alone but Krishna sends good association when needed. I'm greatful that I never took initiation from Any " guru " and keep Srila Prabhuoada in my heart...you are an inspiration. I am happy you spoke out about this. I am the same. I feel Srila Prabhupada has been the only guru we have had. We don’t live by any temple so we read, give books, recognize Ekadasi and the holy days, chant, & follow what the Bagavatam and Bhagavadgita say.

The sad truth is that the leadership of ISKCON cares far more about projecting an image of holiness to the world rather than actual holiness. A devotee who is actually advanced would rather suffer the shame and embarrassment of returning to the Grhastha ashram than to even think about causing harm to another devotee. I shamefully admit that I was one of Bhavananda's Brahmana initiates, and now, 40 years later I still live in fear of the ISKCON leadership. These are the unholiest of men. I totally admire your courage and strength . You are an example to all devotees.

Please ask Lord Krsna for guidance to lead you to a true spiritual master for initiation. Prabupada and Lord Krsna will always be there for us. Keep up chanting and reading the Bhagavatam.

TRANSLATION
The King said: O you, who are in the form of a bull! You know the truth of religion, and you are speaking according to the principle that the "destination intended for the perpetrator of irreligious acts is also intended for one who identifies the perpetrator". You are no other than the personality of religion.
PURPORT
A devotee's conclusion is that no one is directly responsible for being a benefactor or mischief-monger without the sanction of the Lord; therefore he does not consider anyone to be directly responsible for such action. But in both the cases he takes it for granted that either benefit or loss is God-sent, and thus it is His grace. In case of benefit, no one will deny that it is God-sent, but in case of loss or reverses one becomes doubtful about how the Lord could be so unkind to His devotee as to put him in great difficulty. Jesus Christ was seemingly put into such great difficulty, being crucified by the ignorant, but he was never angry at the mischief-mongers. That is the way of accepting a thing, either favorable or unfavorable. Thus for a devotee the identifier is equally a sinner, like the mischief-monger. By God's grace, the devotee tolerates all reverses. Mahārāja Parīkṣit observed this, and therefore he could understand that the bull was no other than the personality of religion himself. In other words, a devotee has no suffering at all because so-called suffering is also God's grace for a devotee who sees God in everything. The cow and bull never placed any complaint before the King for being tortured by the personality of Kali, although everyone lodges such complaints before the state authorities. The extraordinary behavior of the bull made the King conclude that the bull was certainly the personality of religion, for no one else could understand the finer intricacies of the codes of religion.

If things get tough, you also have Jayananda das prabhu and thousands of Prabhupadanugas all over the world that wish only protection and pure bhakti for you and all. Devotees should do a search using the key words., Radhanath Swami and Sulocan Das, to find how it seems only good legal council helped Radhanath Swami to walk from that case. You are totally right. Srila Prabhupada, Jayananda das, Srila Prabhupada's books and Prabhupadanugas that care about you and not only about your money and service to them, is all you need!! Dear Jvalamukhi, thank you for sharing your story of courage. It takes a women with a solid spine to speak up against a powerful organization. I am also a Hindu, I firmly believe that you don't need anyone other than Krishna himself. The original Hinduism had no organizations, no central authority, no leadership. All you need is Krishna and a copy of Bhagavad Gita. I fully understand that Hinduism has placed a lot of importance on guidance of a Guru but I have always felt your Guru is within you. I truly hope that you have found healing and closure and that you are leading a fulfilling and a happy life. May Lord Krishna's grace be upon you, your children and husband.

This is an important lesson and learning in the life of every sincere person traveling the Way from birth and death to eternal life. ISKCON exists, in part, to impart to the wayfarer the painful lesson of the corrupt priest who betrays even the meaning of moral human life. She traveled that path of understanding by being guided by her own moral compass. 5 Stars to her plus eternal credit.
Hare Krishna. Wow. Great testimony. I'll never understand Radhanath's appeal. He has always been quite a phony to me. The way he presents that fake accent drives me nuts when I used to try to listen to him pronouncing his "R's" like "T's" Why do his followers and colleagues let him get away with that???? And also the way he slows down his speech pattern to try to make himself sound more enlightened and intelligent. Such a fake.

Radhanath was instrumental in the murder of Salochan das. His wife and two sons were STOLEN by another demon kirtanananda posing as an iskcon guru. Both these demons destroyed the lives of thousands of devotees.
Radhanath got away with murder because his father was a gangster in those days. Probably had contacts in the police department.
Its important to note PRABHUPADA NEVER EVER APPOINTED A SINGLE GURU, NEITHER OUTSIDE OR INSIDE OF ISKCON
They're all a part of a sinister movement within the iskcon movement....which PRABHUPADA warned us about.
Please accept Prabhupada as your siksha and diksha guru...that's all you need to go back home. Do this and YOU WILL FEEL Prabhupada and Krsna's presence.

I too grew up in Iskcon and that same time but I was protected by a powerful family so I wasn’t harmed but I could see the harm that was being done to my sisters in the Iskcon schools ( gurukulas ) I have been trying to connect with my sisters and no one in Iskcon will tell me where they are and they don’t wanna talk about them . I don’t understand it I miss them very much I want to meet them so badly. I married have children who are grown up settled well . I need to meet my God sisters . Remember one thing all we need is Srila Prabhupada and Krishna everything we need to know are in his books, in the Gita & Srimad Bhagavatam !!! Just do your chanting like Srila Prabhupad said . You don’t need any of these fake gurus who are Pedophile and killers of their own guru! All these Fake made up gurus will behind the Poisoning Srila Prabhupad! The world needs Teachers no showbottle pontificators of any stripe. Devotees only picking and choosing from the books without teaching the whole book. Many so-called religious leaders have been doing that for years. If one goes to an establishment for a meal, they are not just offered samples from the menu they are given the full menu.
Sectarianism has spread deep and wide with Hare Krishna's of any stripe.
This is the book that Srila Prabhupada wanted distributed, and it was until it was removed by the BBT.

I am so sorry to hear what happened. Stay strong mataji. Krishna will deal with these rascals. I researched about this a bit. Most gurus in iskcon are appointed by the GBC and are appointed without reaching the desired level of qualification. Even shrila prabhupada in his last letter wrote that he is appointing 11 of his disciples (only as shiksha guru) who will make disciples for him (on his behalf) as he will be the only diksha guru for the next 10,000 years for every devotee but unfortunately no one correctly understood his words and things like these occur. Only a bona fide guru ( only shrila prabhupada) who was situated in the transcendental realm could take us back to godhead not these so called gurus.

His reply was appropriate. For addressing complaints there is proper mechanism and legal body. She could have dealt in more proper way if she really wanted to get justice.
Just recently one sanyasi has been banned from ISKCON for child abuse.
It's only matter of time and we need to go with proper channel. Not just directly criticize everyone.

I would say that "unkindly" is a gross understatement. She was abused, her complaint was neglected, and she was indirectly intimidated to not speak out about it by the most prominent and respected leader in ISKCON.
It's very disturbing how many of these corrupt so called spiritual leaders are still in positions are of power & authority. More brave devotees like this need to organize and formally challenge & exose these corrupt "leaders".

Shocked to hear this story as this is the 1st time listening to abuse in ISKCON. I always wondered how is it possible these people remain so saintly despite hunger for big temples, money, luxury and lots of young and beautiful devotees to exploit. In 96 I saw this Radhanath jumping around like a self-absorbed egocentric doll on Harinam... I found Gaur Govinda Maharaja...and then Narayan Maharaja thankfully..Iskcon lasted that one Saturday night for me... I was very new and my eyes were very open ..all glories to Prabhpada and Vaisnavas

For doing injustice to one woman named Droupathi, Krishna killed everyone who did that, who supported that and even those who were silent without stopping that. Krishna says this to Droupathi before going to mediate on-behalf of pandavas with Kauravas to avoid war. Krishna confirms and assures Droupathi that He is going to set a war so that everyone who were in that place on that day will be killed without any mercy.
He even wanted to kill Pandavas for not objecting that heinous act, but based on Droupathi's request, he spared them.
Aswadhama & Vidhura are 2 people who objected the act so they were spared.
Krishna isn't going to leave any of these guys, have trust on Him. Change your guru. Stay away from anyone who support these guys.
If you want to move away from ISCKON and still stay close to Krishna, follow Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, he is an enlightened soul with lot of integrity.

I couldn't pass a judgement by listening to one side. But why does one need to give the heart any one but God himself, it simply doesn't make any sense, he is the true guru within, the outer mentor is just for introducing one to that true guide within.

The internal and external guru is non different in that they both give us instructions for our spiritual benefit. If one neglects the external guru then on is also neglecting the internal guru. These ideas come about by not educating ourselves properly in the spiritual science. It is a science and not some sort of sentiment that whatever you think is right is right. We can mislead ourselves very well.

They back people like Kirtananda because he gave them what they wanted, and allowed them to do as they pleased. He didn't restrict behaviors that should have been curtailed. It's a very sad state of affairs, but too many devotees never spent any time learning how to relate to others properly. Prabhupada taught that women and children should be protected, and few people actually followed that instruction. He also said that the future of the movement was with the children. These guys who have been running things have worked hard at ruining that legacy. One of the 26 qualities of a devotee is to be willing to show all respect to others while not expecting any, to be more humble than a blade of grass. I know of few who are actually humble, fewer still who know how to behave properly. One thing in the scriptures that Prabhupada wrote is that if one remains attached to sex life they should not be regarded as a spiritual master. Funny how the old boys club tends to overlook certain teachings and never repeat them, and Prabhupada emphasized these ideas by repeating them in his books.

Only after 1 year in ISCKON I made my experience too with Sacinandana Swami.. no abuse. He felt that I am fully protected and his reaction was complete ignorance. No respect. I was lucky enough that this happened to me so quickly and made me very careful.

Jvalamukti told me that she was sexually molested as a toddler by BHAVANANDA and her own father in an appt in Los Angeles ...It seems that Bhavananda would have sexually assaulted her
with the blessings and participation of her own father . Now is this true? Or is it what some psychologist would call false memories ?? Jvalamukti should make a video explaining in details what she think happen to her ...because for now it is just accusations that must be especially painful for her father . As far as Radhanath he is a screw up false guru for sure ....but he was right to say TRERE IS NO PROOF TO THE ACCUSATIONS OF JVALAMUKHI ..... Be even more brave Jvalamukhi and tell the whole story in a video in details ...Where ...how many times ...and the role of your father in all those molestations events .
Hello Henri, yes it is so nice to hear from somebody who is not under mind control, I have no doubt that ISKCON is connected with MKultra , the nobody's at the top of the ISKCON pyramid have been through the mkultra mind control and teach others how it is done, in 10/15/20 years more adults will come forward with stories of sexual abuse from now. we have a God given right to know EXACTLY how are brain works without some nobody losers telling us we are taking shelter of our minds! mind control cults like ISKCON are black markets for Paedophiles they are calling for them to come through the doors. The people at the top of ISKCON know exactly, without a doubt how trauma works on the brain, and they are looking specifically for people who have dissociative disorders.
