I'm glad it was a good experience for you. It just goes to prove that there are more good people in the toy "community " than the assholes that seem to stand out.
I think the word community is a good use here. It's not so much about the toys, it wasn't for me and several others, but it was about connecting with the people there. What I didn't film was the comradowrie I had with Jeff Butler, our booths were right next to each other, and the conversations had, the connection between my friends I was helping and him, just via knowing me, told me what to expect from this show. I wouldn't trade a minute of the weekend for anything. Thanks for watching Ken. Wish you could have made it.
@Jeff-mac-me yea, sucks having a bad back... then breaking it. Getting old can suck at times. But come hell or high water. I'll be there next year. I do local toy shows here. It's always a good time, even if I don't sell a thing. I'm just hanging out with people who enjoy the same hobbies.
