2 ripe mangoes
2 cups cold water (or adjust to desired consistency)
1-2 tablespoons sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
Ice cubes (optional)
lemon juice
Instructions:
Prepare the Mangoes:
Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit.
Cut the mango flesh into small pieces.
take a pan add 2 glass of water and mango pieces heat them until water get dry.
Blend the Mangoes:
Place the mango pieces in a blender.
Add the cold water.
Blend until smooth.
add lemon juice
Sweeten (Optional):
Taste the mango juice. If it's not sweet enough, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar.
Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
Blend again until the sugar is dissolved.
Strain (Optional):
If you prefer a smoother juice, you can strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any fibrous bits.
Serve:
Pour the mango juice into glasses.
Add ice cubes if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:
For a richer flavor, you can use mango pulp or puree instead of fresh mangoes.
You can also add a splash of lemon or lime juice for a tangy twist.
