I'm happy to hear this. I think birit singing is ok but it should not be the only genre that should dominate Filipinos' entertainment choices. I hope she doesn't sing anything birit moving forward, because I think she's already very good where she is now. This is very refreshing to hear because it's very rare for someone to sing jazz on national TV here in the Philippines. Also, I became familiar with this song because of Gaga's version, with which I am really obsessed. I am so excited about what she has to offer in the next rounds.
I hope she auditioned in the US only because I know her style will fit her better in the US, especially in New York's Broadway. Does anyone know if Broadway is still looking for international talents? In the Philippines, this kind of singing is not mainstream, so she may not win, because majority of voters vote for birit singers. Filipino standards are for striking high notes which I admire but I admire tone of voice more. If she doesn't win, I think she should save enough money and make that US trip.

Jazz is very rare especially sa singing contest sa Pilipinas, it's very new to the ears and her voice is really powerful, she can easily belt high notes with that kind of voice. Superb performance!

Actually closing your eyes while singing isn’t really the thing kasi it is the indication na you’re feeling the song or you’re putting so much emotions. I think yung pino-point out ni Regine ay yung moments na nakatingin lang siya sa baba at hindi sa kanilang mga judges.

When you sang this parang i was transported into the busy streets of Manhattan New York. I cannot help but to comment just how impressive you have been.Definitely you got the hardest song choice of all contestants.You can definitely sing their audition piece and nailed it but they cannot do justice to that song. You are a winner. The only one who might give you a strong competition is someone who can sing like that in the opera.Until that does not happen you're a shoe in.

I love Parokya pero hindi ko lang ineexpect yung way ng pagjudge nya.. this set of judges are much better than the set of judges last season.. nung si james reid kasi parang minsan sumasabay lang sya sa sinasabi ng ibang judges eh.. si vice naman, di ko alam pero parang hindi ko feel yung mga comments nya minsan.. peace po tayo, opinion lang po.. ✌️✌️✌️😄

when she hit those low and high notes and those riffs with ease alam mong she can do a lot. like.. A LOT. You can hear also her versatility. And also, she's pretty and she can dance.
