- What's up People!!, today I find myself in South Padre Island, Texas. It is one of the many jewels here in the great state of Texas. I visited a restaurant called Pier 19, it is known for its amazing seafood and its view. And like the name, it is situated on a pier...…awesome food and customer service, it is ZURITA Approved!!! #food #seafood #southpadreisland #texas
I'm watching this video after returning from a Spring Break in S.Padre, the Island is beautiful and a great place to visit, but is missing one thing, that is a pier restaurant with cool island vibes. A local at our condo told me we missed the Pier 19 by 1yr and that it was sorely missed, also that for code reasons that officials weren't allowing the owner to rebuild. What a shame! Great video, it described exactly what I had been missing 👍
So sad to hear about the fire. They were on our must try list for our trip next month

I tried that seafood pasta before and it was delicious!! Pier 19 has some good selections
It looked awesome!!! too bad im solo in my adventures...but for sure i will return.
Everything I tried at this place was delicious the Cajun boil in the crabcakes shrimp so good
Unfortunately, Pier 19 burnt down last week. They say they will rebuild.

I ate there just last week. I thought it was average at best.
You should check out Isabel Cafe or Manuel's in Port Isabel. Also Painted Marlin Grill is great and the veiw of the sunset is amazing

My wife and I got married on the island February 29th 2020. We are hoping to go back down the end of March early April this year.

Ehh pero el vato agarro el pescado crudo en el 2:53 , y después tomo el pan y los vegetales con los mismos guantes que agarro el pescado crudo... ¿ no es anti higiénico ? De todas maneras se ve todo muy apetecible, en Enero 2023 ahí estaré en Pier 19 , espero no enfermarme.

Food their was horrible, showed the manager all the food that was uncooked and he just made us pay for the drinks. Don’t go you’ll get sick, quality has gone down
