The most solid conclusion we can draw from 8 months of freestyling for strangers on Omegle is this: "orange" is the most common word suggestion, followed closely by "dog" (and other variants such as "puppy"), both of which appear in this video. He's jumped about three tiers higher than what he was at during the Guerilla Bars. The noticeable jumps are around double digits Omegle Bars, around 22 but specifically 24, and then in the 30s. It's clear he's taken quarantine as the time to seriously work on his craft and he's just untouchable off the dome.

@Lee I'm not hating on Harry, I think he's a God-level freestyler. But at least some of those sentences where he's referring to himself are filler.
It's got a lot better than the 'harry mack, one time' etc that he used to do, but they are still generally lines that aren't really relevant to the three/four words he's rapping about and sound like he's giving himself a break before moving on to the next rhyme that is related to those words. 6:30 in this video is a small example. 2:10 in the last Omegle bars (35) is a longer one.
So I think he's just got dozens of these little bars memorised that don't mean much but keep him flowing while letting him have a second to think. His filler has got way better basically to the point that you wouldn't know it's filler and it's not like he uses it often so it works really well.

Used to have a friend in HS that would do this for us. It's truly a gift. Sadly, he is only a math professor at a college in Illinios as far as I know. He was also maybe the smartest person in school. People who can do this have different brains. I'm a bit infatuated with that last girl who freestyled... not because of that or her amazing charm (I confess!)... but because she actually asked Harry some personal questions while trying to figure out some words for his freestyle. She seemed to want to make it relatable for him to succeed even though instructed to pick challenging words... I don't think I saw any other random person do quite the same, I loved th instinctive empathy... :)

She may of not been a freestyle scholar, but she had a filthy style; her sound was dutty & better than any female out right now. Her voice was spectacular for rap music. & to be honest, Big Mack’s rhymes are the scholarly type. But she sounds better IMHO, doesn’t mean she’s a better emcee however.
