Mam how come cephalocordata have closed circulation when heart is not present...Is this even possible... I mean in closed circulation we have network of capillaries in which blood flows...then whose there to pump the blood to flow through these capillaries
I mean given cephalochordata structure there should be no closed type circulation because of small body and aquatic environment

here the devoid word means "absent" as mam told . This line is given to confuse .
