main point from this video :- ‘ break the forgetting curve on the remembering -time graph’ and revisions is directly proportional to remembering - -on a scientific basis’ p.s:- this guy understood exactly what took me 2 years and 3 months to realize,but thank god I realized early. Also adding , we lost it all in class 11th (if we were toppers till 10th) bc we used to cram and learn daily , but we forgot this habit as we started high school , toppers don’t unlearn this habit bec they usually join a four year integrated course from IX . The only thing you need it to learn is that habit again !

p.s:- this guy understood exactly what took me 2 years and 3 months to realize,but thank god I realized early.
Also adding , we lost it all in class 11th (if we were toppers till 10th) bc we used to cram and learn daily , but we forgot this habit as we started high school , toppers don’t unlearn this habit bec they usually join a four year integrated course from IX . The only thing you need it to learn is that habit again !
