Be a better evil, a professional evil. It is year 20XX AD. We have more means to do things in better and progressive ways than ever before. However, it appears that professionalism and good or reasonable judgement has died out. It is conflicting!!
Put them in an environment that would resemble their natural habitat. Two tree trunks and a hard floor in a room for humans is simply too far from what is suppose to be. Please don't try to domesticate them like cats. Even cats want to wander outside of a well provided home...but shouldn't be allowed to do so. Cats and dogs are different, but nevertheless should still receive thoughtful consideration about their domesticated lifestyle as pets.
Red pandas are easy to "domesticate", but should have more of a natural environment than cats and dogs.
