The last time I tested this game out on Windows was with Dolphin 4.0, and the audio was choppy (see here: th-cam.com/video/OWnJFZKQPtM/w-d-xo.html). It works great now if you check "Skip EFB access from CPU" under Hacks in Dolphin (if you don't you'll still get FPS dips in some areas). Also, I used the 16:9 AR patch from the Dolphin Wiki. It's a bit wonky in that you have to press R + d-pad (every direction does something different). I glitched it out a time or two in this video inadvertently.
I think your control stick deadzones are too small. Something between 15-25% is generally pretty good and will help with that twitchy aiming issue you're having.
Is it possible to edit the emulator and iso file to have the same custom keyboard + mouse inputs that the 1964 GoldenEye mod manages to implement flawlessly?
@@cockus123 thing is I'm not a big gamer and I move around allot (because renting the UK sucks) so if anything I'd really like a gaming laptop but jeez the price of one...

On my version, 5.0, the game has serious frame rate drops in Snow levels like Siberia, TS1 Streets ect.. I'm not sure why
Will the Nvidia Shield TV ever get a proper dolphin 5 update? The emulation on a pc now is brilliant thanks.
