i feel like mid-long range its really powerful. good firerate with virtually no recoil and a burst ADS that is essentially a laser beam. but on short range you're probably screwed.
Bruh, i could swear i've played with that sova before, his voice lowkey sounds familiar, the one who was talking at 6:10 It was in an unrated on Icebox, he was Sova, duo'ing with a Chamber on our team, and he was toxic to every person on the team but the chamber (who'd guess) even tho he wasn't carrying the team in the slightest to be talking so much trash, he was only second top frag. The Chamber got called out by our teams actual top frag for missing a bunch of shots repeatedly (AS CHAMBER, you only really lock in chamber when you have very good aim to begin with, since he has no real utility to help him get an advantage in gunfights, from what I'm told) and that set Sova over the edge for the rest of the game, where he was calling out every mistake and hurling insults at me and the rest of the team except his duo for every misplay, even tho it was unrated, and me and the 5th teammate didn't even say a word in text or voice chat to insult or call anyone out in the first place. It was just between the top frag (I think a Reyna) and the Sova, and it became Sova flaming the entire team all game until everyone had him muted because he wanted to protect his sub duo or some weird garbage. And keep in mind, I'm literally a new player just getting into the game for the first time while this is all going down. The kinds of games like these are just bizarre and kind of depressing because the game doesn't even get to feel like a game anymore when you have these random players who just want to vent and take their anger out on others for no reason, even tho its unrated.
I'm sorry you had to go through this, hope you didn't just quit the game because of that. Yeah, I honestly didn't like that Sova when I watched the video, he probably started bitchin' once todo picked Kayo and then started praising him when he saw that he's too good 😂 And finally yeah, I don't understand why get mad over an unrated game, like you won't lose anything if you lose an unrated match and people like this Sova acts like it's the end of the world if he didn't win it.

Valorant is still enjoyable to me as a new player (I'm like level 38 rn) and most of the time I play, I've met and played with some cooler people. Just wish that so many of the game's players didn't feel such a need/want to have alt accounts or smurf accounts to essentially find ways to ruin the fun of the game for newer players who are just getting into the game from step 1 and who have more potential of making the game a greater success through putting in even more money into the game and making the game stats larger, but they ruin the fun for the newer players in more ways than one, whether it's them being on your own team or the enemy team. Valorant isn't like League where if you have a smurf on your own team, they just perform really well in their own lane and your team most likely wins off of them getting really fed on top of them already having a lot of game knowledge, no, in Valorant if you're somehow not working perfectly in tandem with the smurf on your team or you make any misplays, even as a new player who isn't gonna know all that stuff especially if you don't play many shooter games like myself. But that smurf always can get killed fairly easily if the enemy team is playing right, a player can always be one tapped no matter how good they are, so you as the new player just get insulted to the ends of the earth for not helping the smurf "enough" somehow. And from the perspective of the new player, it's like dealing with someone who has main character syndrome mixed with putting themselves in a situation that they've made, where they're playing with and against newer players, and when games don't exactly go their way sometimes, they just lose it on the noobs, even tho they were probably the same way back when they first started the game, unless they've already had a lot of experience with shooter games prior to getting into Val. But it's all just needlessly cruel for the sake of people satisfying their own selfish desires. You can call new players the same thing if you really want to, saying that it's also selfishness on their part, but new players are at least more innocent in that we're learning the game genuinely from step 1, the game is a new experience for us, we're finding joy in playing something we haven't played before, and talking for myself at least as a new player, I never expect my teammates to play perfectly ever, if a match is a loss, it's a loss, that's all it is to me, and I never will take my anger out on my teammates and insult them or trash talk them for making mistakes, no matter if they're new or a radiant/pro level player. It's just common decency.
