There is a limit on supercruise on any engine because of the way the engines actually work. So you may go 1.5 vs. 1.6 Mach, but even that will change on altitude. The US reports ground test results where China reports high altitude tests, so the F22 high altitude output is better than this engine. Good try though!

As for cars on the moon or things beyond our solar system, that hasn't happened yet. But there have been advancements like reusable rocket boosters that can land themselves, similar to a shuttle. The XB-70 was a bomber that could go around Mach 3+, and the X-15 was a piloted space plane that could go even faster, around Mach 6+. China's recent achievements in space are significant, although they came later than some earlier accomplishments.
