I've watched both your SJCAM SJ5000X reviews and I think you did a good job. I wanted to buy an SJCAM since the SJ4000, I actually recommended to a friend to buy an SJCAM and he enjoyed it. I thought the pics and videos from the SJCAMs are nice and clean but I've gotten to watch some Xiaomi Yi and Xiaomi Yi 2 4K videos and I think they're much much better than SJCAMs, granted they're more expensive but not that much(well except for the Yi 2 4K it cost way more)I think I'd rather save my money and spend just a little bit more on a Xiaomi Yi Action Cam(since they're getting cheap) But yeah, still a great review man. I set my resolution to 1080p60 and recorded some test footage, i uploaded it to TH-cam and the max resolution was 360p. I don't know why it didn't pick up the HD.

Yes colors are a bit saturated (but again i like saturated it looks more cool) Also i dont know which sample you watched if it is 4k tearing can happen if pc isn't strong enough to play it smooth, codec conflict etc ...

Its compatible with Gopro 3/4 accessories which is a BIG PLUS for me sine there are hundreds of GoPro accessories on amazon for cheap compared to SJCAM quality is really nice The UI is kind of lame and takes time getting used to but after 2 days I know which buttons to press just to navigate . Currently there's no official Git 2 APP yet (you can use Final Cam which is a third party ) I emailed Git2 Team and they said within April their app will be out. (hopefully)

+Frank Gorchess fw is constatly updated, you can lose few days finding best combination, for like 5% better image. And then update will come and you gain nothing in the end. Just enjoy it out of the box with minimal settings change it gives really good video ...
+Mihael Gubina downlod 1.3 put it on empty micro sd and turn on the camera. Update will start, when camera turns on update is done... Turn it off remove micro sd and again put it in card reader so you can delete update file. And thats it done

I just got one and upgrade to firmware 1.3. The video file sound seems ok if I play it on the computer. But it seems the speaker is still very bad. I could barely hear the video sound if I play it from 5000X. Is that normal to other users?
