Because that is something you cannot change you will need to wow the buyers inside by doing some low cost fix ups to attract buyers to come inside. I meet with my sellers 1 to 5 years before listing heir home which allows the time to get things done. Home sellers just need to realize that a not so great location will Affect their value. Thanks 😊

You can plant mature bushes from a nursery maybe..
Plant them in a raised bed; yes you can’t plant baby trees and expect any difference it takes three to ten years for them to grow
