Most excellent! I'm a recent subscriber to your channel and I have a couple of questions to ask if you don't mind: How do you manage to find the right kind of old movies/other media to correlate with the songs? And are most of your channels majority of videos underrated/overlooked songs of the 50s/60s?
Thank you! The early days usually involved finding a clip to go with a chosen song. These days it's mostly the other way around. Nearly all the music I post falls 1958-1963, with occasional excursions plus and minus a few years.
@@SirBasildeBrushcool! I love vintage Disney/non-Disney animated videos like Snow White or Fantasia, etc. One of my perosnal favorite videos of yours is Neil Sedaka's Calendar Girl.
This song is as old as me! Where did the years go? My son turned 35 on Thursday. That looks like Lizabeth Scott? Not sure I spelled her name correctly. Nice video!👍
....What a pleaseant moments listening and whatching this video ~~~~
Delighted and thanks - been a while.
So Sweet ❤
...even the barman loves Lizabeth and Robert.
Very pretty song 🥰

Love that Bob

@@SirBasildeBrush was that Chuck or The Beaver or Dobie?
@@rickrick5041 I never saw any of those (too young and not shown in the UK), but I know him from films - especially Doris Day.

A very sweet song, nice twin tracking, great arrangement and backing singers.
Oh yes - you're right about the twin tracking.
I love this!! Looking back, the jukebox didn't have a very good sound, but it had a very attractive tone. Thank you ♪
Delighted! Yes, they're iconic, but not always the best sound. I do remember playing The Cascades' 'The Last Leaf' on one.
@@SirBasildeBrush Wow ♪ . . of course I love The Cascades.

She is. An unforgettable presence.
Thank you. I used to confuse Lizabeth with Barbara Bain..!
@@SirBasildeBrushYou're welcome! Good comparison..they do look a lot alike.

It's "Paid In Full" (1950) featuring Robert Cummings and Lizabeth Scott. I first posted this song back in Nov. 2010.
