- Delhi goes to poll on May 25. This time, the AAP and Congress are contesting in alliance for the first time in Delhi to counter the BJP, which has won all seven seats in 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections. In this episode of Political Adda senior journalist Pankaj Vohra, managing editor of The Sunday Guardian, speaks to ThePrint’s Special correspondent Sourav Roy Barman and senior Assistant Editor Risha Chitlangia about the Lok Sabha polls in Delhi.

I have strong doubt about AAP voters voting for Congress and vice versa....simply saying that I feel this will happen is not good enough especially after the way Delhites have been treated..kindly have more logical relevant panelists ...🙏
Best thing is to divert entire money for free electricity and water to all and forget about infra as infra projects as there is probability of corruption.

I think this election could reiterate the point that robust marketing of a poor prodcut cant fetch you enough sales.
For sales - Right product is the must, marketing can catch on.
Over selling of a product or boasting the quality of something without actual scientific and real statistics could lead to decline in sales as one can assume it is too good to be true.
Food for thought.
A thought in passing - apolitical and only to highlight governance aspects.
With some sections "predicting" a defeat for BJP in the ensuing elections, I hope the party at least gets to be the main opposition to take care of national issues while the I.N.D.I. alliance is busy handling parochial and vote bank matters.

He is quite simply the best. They won't understand now but they will be a few years down the line. Rahul Gandhi running away from Amethi is proof of what kind of a leader he is. That too from a seat which is owned by the Gandhi's for decades.
Just look at the development Modi bring in last 10 years. Compare today's India with India 10 years back, old India was like an underdeveloped African country. Today's India can compete with any European country. We have metro, vande Bharat, ports, parliament building, biggest statue of the world and everything.

The prediction in state wise or seat wise may go wrong & surprise us.

19:20 exactly, I said it before and say it again, arresting kejriwal just before elections was probably the biggest blunder ever by BJP. Its impact will not only be felt in delhi, elsewhere too i think. It gave the "BJP will establish dictatorship" opinion a strong backing evidence. The question is, will they get away with it or not. AKA, will it only impact vote share? or also seat share ?

AAPs development agenda and implementation has caught the eyes of the Common Person . One may not like Kejriwal's politics , but I appreciate that he has focussed and brought to the Nation's attention the absolute need to increase our budgets for improving Government Schools, providing accessible and affordable Medical facilities. His arrest as well as his ministers was most unfortunate . I wish AAP wins all the Delhi Seats they are contesting so that the focus continues to remain on above subjects where the present conditions are pathetic to say the least.
Improving schools and healthcare, is goid. But free electricity, free water are not. Former is investment. Latter causes wastage. Better option is to reduce State petrol VAT taxes. People should pay true cost of electricity, in order to avoid wastage.
I have got an electricity bill of 12000 a day before yesterday. Subsidy is available only if total consumption is less than 200 units. Our house never had this because of our consumption / number of AC/ geyser.
Just imagine the state of family which is only consuming 200 units in this scorching heatwave. Do you think, they can ever be uplifted if they are asked to pay for basic electricity of light bulb and Fan ?
Cause money spent in electricity can't be spend for other important things.
