Jose Rizal had a long time Hungarian friend, Ferdinand Blumentrit from Litomirice where they met just once but turned out a life long friendship by correspondence and letters.There is a library that is keeping those letters.
The last letter that Blumentritt received from Rizal was about how his trial by the Spaniards went and the death sentence he was meted by the Spanish court. There was a line that says, "by the time you're reading this letter the sentenced had been carried out and I've already passed on" - or something along that line. Hard to imagine the grief Blumentritt must've felt after reading the letter realising his dear friend is already dead.
UP Manila is the original UP founded in 1908. Thats now exclusive to medical sciences. After WW2, the other units transferred to the now flagship campus UP Diliman in Quezon City. Try to visit that also.
You can go also to the Ocean park, I've never been there but i always see on some vlogs and it looks amazing❤️And the Venice Grand canal is great to check it out too😍

The last time I was at the National Museum was when I was in the elementary grade at the Phil. Normal Univ. nearby at Ayala Blvd. Wow, so much has changed! I need to give it a visit some time soon. Great enjoyable episode, as always, guys. ❤

The thing next in the well at Casa Manila is not use for cooking it's a CISTERN use in the olden days to collect rain water for future use
