I've seen that one before. I assumed it was some kind of like, business complex. Like one of those malls converted to a business complex, which become VERY liminal. We have a mall nearby like that (different one) that's just so open and quiet and it's just weird. Because most of the time it's just people in offices but there's so much space to walk around and sit.
