This is a beautiful floorplan! I would use the Flex Room as a dinning room seeing there really isn't one, and the bar could be used for everyday eating. I'm not a farmhouse look fan, so all the wood looking trim would need to be white, and no barn doors or screen door to the pantry. Other than that, a beautiful home, love it! This house offers a wonderful design that is flexible. I'd add more cabinetry in the kitchen on the spare wall and minimize or eliminate the walls around the flex space to use as a dining area. A few other tweaks and it would be perfect!
