This is why Japan is the best! Yuzu has been taught to be this way. He’s always happy for his competition even when he loses - you don’t see Chan and Chen being so gracious towards him. He is a TRUE champion and a great human being.
His respect for others makes me appreciate him so much more. No matter what you do or how good you are at it, you don't get anywhere without the help and support of others. Most people forget this. It's good to see someone with so much skill and fame that didn't.

i truly feel like yuzu is the greatest of all time not only because of his skating but just because of who he is. Like he deserves to represent a whole sport. He's such an amazing person all around.
I love how Yuzu is always that one perfectly polite friend that you bring to your parents, making your parents scold you for "not being as polite as him", that led you to copy everything he does.
This is why I love him so much, he is very kind, handsome, and skillful at ice skating. He is the angel in my eyes

Trust me Max. I've never seen a figure skater brings the atmosphere of respect, friendship and virtue. Some athletes were better at making drama on ice than showing virtues like him.
