Then we were told to write a mail to the customer the scenario was that they had ordered less spicy food but received it very spicy. To mail them within 20 min , you can leave the meeting by then.

I am from KL, and I wouldn't be able to reach there on that particular date, so I requested a virtual interview. But no response so far...What about you? @@riteshrawat3368 yes ,i did not got in though it took whole day 3-4 rounds based selection ,i got out at 3rd round but yes it was good interview experience,the role is related to customer service,communicating with them and helping them
@@chaitanyarawat2002 it will take almost whole day ,go in the morning slot if you can ,they will explain all in first round,make sure your resume align with the role you looking for a little ,they ask questions after a briefing and ice breaking , question related to what will you do if customer receive order late and like that ,after that they give you writing assignment to see your communication,spellings then later in person and team interview.All the best

You know there is no such proper office of zomato in hyd.. Headquarters are in banglore and gurgaon.. Those 2 locations would've been fine
