I agree the key to us next season we can win the league when he comes back and as long as he stays fit can do it all defensively good and good passer and he can head a ball and score good tackler potential the best 8 in the premier league and possibly world class
RLC did miss alot of games but his time recovering has really matured him. I know that he,Kante, Gilmour and Mount will give us great depth in the midfield. Cant wait.

This long term injury and lockdown might be a blessing in disguise for Ruben.
He had a long ongoing injury on his back, which gave him frequent problems. This long gap could heal that properly though.
The delay is now bad for him as he was ready to make his come back he does not need any more recovery time he now needs minutes on pitch
@@zp5991 I can agree that he needs the match fitness the most, but he still wasn't 100% fit, this was proved when he was unused sub for a match and then went for u23 match again.
@@subhrajyotiroy3855 we can agree to disagree but really do think he just needs match fitness now as he said in interview he has not rushed back unused sub then playing 90 mins for u23 is more proof that he is short on match sharpness and fitness

I remember seeing him in the knockout stages of the Europa league las season and just thinking “ bloody hell, this guy is good!” His strength with his composure and dribbling abilities makes him boss the midfield
The rest of the league had their time when this lion was recovering.

Its so sad that he missed so much due to injury. He is our player. Grateful to have so many players that actually think Chelsea is their club and the only club they want to ever play for. When the football comes back it will be perfect for Ruben. Every player will lack match fitness and will all be on the same level. Can't wait to see him play again, such an incredible player to watch on the ball with his mix of power and elegance. We have been calling out for him all season!

People tend to forget Ruben, when they talk about academy players this season. They would mention Tomori, Reece, Tammy, Mason, Callum... can’t wait to see him play again. Probably best box to box player from the academy. Speed, Skill, Power, you name it, he has it all.

Loved this documentary. I have a really good feeling Reuben will be very important for us and key player for England. England need someone who can take hold of the midfield especially in crucial games.
Since he broke into the team nearly 5 years ago, he has been destined for the top. Only 24, he's just about to enter his prime. Shame injuries have held him back but god willing he is managed well and he manages his body efficiently. Under Frank especially, he will become one of THE best midfielders of world football.
