- Diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at just 4 months old, Sophie Holmes faced a life-limiting genetic condition that affects her lungs and digestion. Despite being told by doctors she likely wouldn't make it past her 16th birthday, Sophie, now 32, has defied the odds by setting a world record - running 36 marathons in 36 days. Sophie shares her inspirational journey, alongside Dr. Zoe.
