Hi Kevin. I've heard it both ways, but most often as Evil Lynn, which is the way it's pronounced by the current Westover owners, as well as by those who own Evelynton. FWIW, Evelynton, the plantation named for Evelyn Byrd, is always pronounced as Evil-lynton.
