big question of it placement, why could it not a little off the beech, miles mile out at sea, but just enough to get the feet wet, with sea, and build raised platform any a wall, bridge, tunnel, floating pontoons, in sort of at the end of pier, would been appropriate at the seaside, looks interesting, but the cost second hand drilling platform, most in the time just dumped at sea, because no one wants them, a case of its not my cash where spending, plus, stick the word "Art" in there some where, now any price can be expanded ?

Biggest waste of money ever. Monstrosity. Could have gone to saving a life or educating a child with special needs. It is an ambaresment that all this money was spent on this.
