49ers fan here, I have respect for the Detroit Lions. Great to see them have success after a long drought. May the best team win this weekend. Go Niners
Sheila Hamp is the best thing to happen to the Lions in a very long time. Ive NEVER seen any of prior ownership even talk about the team let alone do interviews or even wear Lions merch. She will forever be loved by Lions fans as she was the first owner to give a damn and actively works with the GM and coaches. Love me some Sheila
Agreed. Every winning organization has one thing in common: an energetic and inclusive organizational culture with a shared vision of excellence that everyone buys into. Establishing that is foundational, and, aside from signing paychecks, is an owner's most important role in the success of that organization. She's been amazing. Contrast that with Jerry Jones and the Cowboys. Or Daniel Snyder's years as Washington's owner.
The lions fans that you think love her so much, booed her out of her own stadium in October of 2021. Also lots of “sell the team” chants in the first half of the 2022 season.

We love you Sheila Ford Hemp!!!
My old football coach use to say “you’ll lose every game if you don’t have any heart! This game is about passion and if you don’t have it, it’s not for you!” Chris Spielman is the definition of that, he loves everything about football and the Lions and it shows up on game day with these young players.
Best owner we have had!!! Sheila is a real one!!! #Ford
Thank you Sheila and the team you put in place!

WOULD BE A WONDERFUL 🎉 HONOR TO WIN THE Super .Bowl❤
Been a Lions fan for 35+ years since the Barry years, and never have I felt such optimism in the front office as I do now. I really do hope the Lions live up to the expectations and knock on wood, everyone stays healthy to deliver on that potential.
Sheila started this rebirth and rebuild. From the bottom of this lifelong Lions fan's heart, thank you for everything you've done. The Pride, the city, the state, and the best fanbase in the league finally have what we so badly wanted and needed - hope, confidence, and trust in our team. SOL is NO MORE.

She demonstrates a rare humility found in amazing leaders.
Brought tears to my eyes. Great interview, what a lady! So pleased for Detroit, for Michigan, for the fans.
She really cares it’s great to have that kind of owner in Detroit right now. Looking forward to this upcoming season.
This chick is awesome! Thank you for finally putting this all together.. this girl hired the right people.. give her alot of credit for being where the lions are right now!!
I love Sheila. I am 59 and never once heard a owner or GM talk about winning the Superbowl
Ford men "Is the team worth more today than yesterday"? Yes. That is all the winning we need.
Me too
Detroit Lions 🦁 will be Super Bowl contenders. Let’s do this!
Thank You Sheila for what you have done with the GM, Coaches, the players for the whole organization. God Bless you and the Lions team. NOW LETS BEAT THOSE COWBOYS. #onepride #golions 😊☮💜💫✝️🙏🏾🦋☯️😇❤🏈👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
You win starting at the top. I like what I hear from her. I think she has the right mind set to have us where we want to be.
I will give this woman credit for a sit down interview as an owner. She is the right person to run this team.
I have to say, as a season ticket holder, that the staff at Ford Field are the nicest, most friendly and helpful group of people I have ever encountered.
