      @@CONSCIOUSFOODCOUK going to try it out, prob try a few seafood ingredients.. prawns as well as squid. I use alot of almond flour and had great success with it, so possibly adapt the recipe thanks for inspiration

      @@mandyboyle5608 Yes, Prawns work well with this, although with prawns I would not even use flour at all, I love them just fried as they are with some lime juice and topped with Mangos!
