Thanks for the information of the plant names that you worked on and around. It seems hopeful that the plants you saved will make a nice show in the Spring. I hope the resident has you come back again and again to continue making that garden lovely again. I look forward to seeing part 2.
Another fabulous clear out of a bramble take over! Your knowledge of plants is truly amazing and thank you for pointing out and naming them for us. Really looking forward to part 2! ❤
Another interesting garden project, such good advice on clearing up a garden which has been enjoyed over the years as it has been left to its own natural growth. Makes one realise that one can with expertise and an experienced gardener a garden can be rescued and restored to its original beauty. Great work Mark, thanks 😊
Really enjoyed this episode! You are truly a gardener, most of lawn services just chop everything down to mow. Your presión of the cutting is a joy to watch, thanks from Brooklyn,NY
Well, It looks like it can breathe again! I don’t know how you could even tell what was what in that mess. Sad they let it go but somehow😂 you made sense of it and spring will give it a nice lift. Look forward to part 2, also😊! Looks terrific!
What a jungle!! For the average gardener I think it would have been overwhelming and hard to know where to start. You made a big difference. I love your shredder/mulcher.
I see you’ve got yourself a mulching machine👍🏻. Really saves time. I cross my fingers and pray for that poor rhododendron, stretching for light . Maybe you can give it some support to straighten up.
So enjoyable to watch you reclaim this border! The impermanence of landscaping was a huge shock to me, I thought that new occupants would automatically maintain nice landscaping. Seeing my first 2 homes revert to wild after I spent years establishing them made me realize how wrong I was. I still work hard at landscaping my yard but understand it may not be a lasting legacy.
Glad you enjoyed it Unfortunately a lot of rented properties end up like this unless the landlord keeps a close eye on it or pays to keep on top of it! 😬😅👍
fantastic job im crap at gardening wish i could do that lol wouldnt no where to start my father loved tinkering about the garden could be out there for hours just him and his thoughts i think he found it vey theraputic sadly missed .
Mark, thank you for another great video.. you've tamed part of that jungly mess, and allowed some light to reach the garden floor. Questions: Is that a Portland blade on your strimmer? Is that a turtle dove cooing in the background? Was that the Postman passing by the front of your camera? Just curious.. thanks again. 🙂👍🏼
Thanks Yes that was the post man or lady It might have been a dove that you heard The blade I was using was an Oregon mulching blade. Thanks for watching 🤗👍
Would be really useful if you highlighted which tool and attachment you use. It also could help with sponsorship. I'm really interested in stripping / shutting as I am struggling with shambles etc.. 😍
