1. How do you get the notification that someone is having a baby?
You have to have the mod called MC Command Center (deaderpool-mcc...) Use a computer to access MC Command Center - MC Pregnancy - Other Pregnancy... - Pause on Playable Labor (make sure it's enabled).

Ciudad Enamorada is supposed to be Mexico City inspired. If you look at the Mexican flag it has an Eagle on a cactus with a snake in its talons.... Hence the snake/cactus themed clothes and items.
