    Your mobility drills got me from fs using looped straps to a full grip in a month. Ran an old team mate through them thus week. Thanks for your quality videos and your contribution to serious strength.

      This is their weighlighting specific channel? Why people asking for backsquat tips? Do sotts press or snatch balance into a oh squat

      If your shoulder external rotation is not that great you will struggle, improve that first and see if it helps you grip closer

    Have done all of this, for years. Still cannot get anything but a deep(ish) floating rack. Guess I'll never be an Olympic lifter, which is probably a good thing.

      Do you happen to have longer forearms relative to your upper arm?! I am similar but don’t let it deter you, plenty of great lifters have had average front racks
