Is this worth $300? Case 580c backhoe as is needing work They are asking 300$

Let me know if you think it's worth $300? I thought it was so I bought it. I guess even if it's all locked up or has a bad transmission then I should be able to part it out, or sell it for scrap. What are your thoughts? Yes it's going to take some $$$ to get it up and going again.
