Yep! I try really hard to curb my chatter in more recent videos which is why they are generally a bit shorter! Hopefully you could still learn the song and the mess from your head exploding wasn't too bad ;)

I feel like this one is really hard to accomplish on one guitar(it's not meant for one anyways) and sounds bad without backing track. I always want to learn this but always end up choosing to play the familiar to millions version. It's easier and sounds good without backing track, while still sounding epic.

Fair enough! I find it interesting that he plays the solo very differently live rather than very close to the record like he does with most of his other songs. It is a cool solo though!

I will have a look and let you know Paul. Most of the ones I have seen are pretty good though and I am sure you will add your awesome techniques to it anyway 😆

Congratulations friend for the video, would you like to provide a cipher, or a tablature? thank you.

I do have some Tab somewhere. I did this video a while ago. I'll have to start getting the tabs up online somehow.

This is quality Paul, do you think you'd be able to look Noel's outro from Earl's Court 95 when you get chance

Cheers. Yeah I'll add it to my list. His live stuff from that era is great!

When I am looking for a lesson, I look for someone who puts up the finished product first, so I can see what it sounds like. To have to listen to 2:21 of a description of what you are going to learn before a single note is played doesn't let me know if I want to play what is being taught. Demonstrating the end product of a lesson right at the beginning keeps a person in the game to listen to the next 2:21 of theory. If people who put up lessons tried to take a lesson from someone else they would find out what I mean.

Hi Jim, I agree, all my new videos have my play through at the start. I haven't got round to redoing any of these older lessons yet but I do intend to at some point!

I learned this one from you mate nice one but, if you didn't chat as much between notes I'd of got it a lot more faster.. . Anyways cheers!!!! X

I hadn't read the comments list before I posted my own comment. I hope it doesn't come across as if I'm being rude. Thanx for the lesson, cheers...... X

Cheers. Thanks for the comment, I always worry about going to fast or too slow. I think in this video I sped up how quickly I went through it as it was getting very long!

12:28 i can't make my guitar sound like his guitar in that bend. I don't know what i'm doing wrong!

    • @ployaze5010

      Yikes i meant 12:18

    • @cramoguitar
      @cramoguitar  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I think I actually slightly overbend and go a little sharp so I'm not sure you would want to sound like me! But in general with bends make sure you fret the note cleanly first and maintain pressure as you do the bend. It is quite common for people to lose the note as they bend because they don't keep pressing down onto the fretboard as they bend the string.

I guess this isn't really for beginners because you're moving far too fast.

No this is a bit tougher than some other Oasis solos. I think She's Electric is the easiest and a good place to start to learn some Noel Solos.
