I started reading again. I use to be a big reader in school and I’ve cut my tv time to read a good book instead. Maybe that could be an alternative for you guys ❤ Insha’allah. My problem is going to sleep without watching something first and then I end up staying up too late. Now I read for 30-45min and by the time I’m done reading I’m ready to go to sleep 👍🏽. Hope this idea helps.
I can relate to struggling to get back into routine/ being disciplined. It’s always like that to me at the beginning of academic semesters. My best advice is to just start, take baby steps, and gives yourself breaks!
