In this video we continue Week 4 of the NFL season with a battle for Ohio supremacy between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cleveland Browns. The Bengals took their first win of the season over the Steelers in another divisional game to improve to 1-2, the Browns lost 23-17 to the 49ers to remain winless on the season.
