Mosab when he was younger was a larger frame. He also had a genetic defect with his lower jaw protruding. He had successful surgery in USA . Yes it made him very handsome. He became very fit and slender with running, yoga and healthy lifestyle. He looks different again with beard. I too at first thought he look so different to his photo on cover of Son Of Hamas , his book. Very Handsome intelligent man who speaks truth.
