I have a samsung and an IPhone, and there is one difference between the apps you get on each phone. The "Labs" category, where I set the volume up and down but hitting the ear, instead of holding on the touchpad so long. Other than that, they are great, and at a decent price for me.
It was an obvious reference to the air pods "pro", since they are very popular now, especially for their ANC. By saying "pro", he meant "ANC" and not the marketing term.
Hey dude, feel like you frequently miss a few things out from your reviews - mic level/quality being one. But more importantly, what's the pillow comfort like? I wear my wired earbuds all the time in bed and they're small and comfortable. The only way I'll ever switch is knowing the comfort level of the wireless ones! Cheers Marques
I have them and I have not had any problems when sleeping. For me, they stay in my ears and you can lock the touchpad in the app so that you don't trigger any controls
The mic quality is excellent. The buds plus have 3 mics on each earphone that work together to get good sound from your voice. Mic quality is similar to those of the more expensive Apple buds (my girlfriend has the apple pods). They are really comfy and don't both much when wearing them in bed. The pillow comfort level is good, probably just as good as your wired earphones. I will say this though; they do fall out of my ear more often than I would like, when laying down. But I guess that is to be expected, as I'm constantly moving my head around and in the pillow.
@@SantiagoDavel Supposedly there's a proprietary codec they use on Samsung phones, but honestly, it's no big deal. I've been using the previous model on a non-Samsung device with no issues.
You missed a lot of the best things about these earbuds: they work on every device including iPhone you just need to download the app (not exclusive to Samsung devices). In the app, you have the lab section where you can enable tap edge to change the sound. it also works when you tap your ear which is amazing... also if you didn't try you didn't even mention that they have one of the best "transparent mode" ("ambient sound") on any earbuds right now... (can also turn it even louder in lab settings).
TsunaXZ Not really, he just didn’t mention them. These are details which the users can figure out themselves once they get it. If they really are interested in investing $150 then they would research more. Also, not everyone uses transparent mode. He said these are the go-to wireless earbuds meaning most likely that they are likely to work with both iOS and Android. Why would he recommend it if it only worked on Samsung? Lmao any common sense??
they are also really durable. ive used mine in the military and ive always had them in my pockets during all the exercises. they also fell down the stairs in the case once or twice and they still work perfectly. so you dont have to worry about them all the time
The best earbuds that I've owned. I take them to the gym- sound great, sit tight in the ears during high intensive workouts and yeah... I Sweat as hell- no issues
These are amazing. Ambient sound control is another level of daily use. Tip is to use the AKG soft pads which came with the earphones from the S8 onward. The bass and clarity is alot better.
If you don't need wireless, check out blon 03, blon 05, tin t2, urbanfun ybf, those are the best cheap headphones right now. Cheap just by price, the sound quality easy beats any wireless bud you can get.
@@EricV485 Debatable, I mean no one is denying that momentum 2's and wf-1000xm3's sound better. If you have an iphone theres still an argument for them though.
I enjoy using these buds. The edge double tap for volume works nicely, and ambient mode is great. They don't fit in my ears perfectly, but the non-tip rubber bands improved the fit. But, if my ears sweat, they tend to slip out. In terms of sound and battery life, they're fantastic. They also pair to my s10e without much hassle.
i remember using a 4 year old phone with terrible battery life that i almost always freak out at the end of the day when the battery is at 5% and depleting fast
@@Mikesding Touch the back of your ear where the second microphone is near the top/back corner of the bud it works for me. I've had these buds for about a month now. I love them. I'd agree with everything you said. I love the ambient sound setting.
They absolutely blast fan noise though
@@BoshBargnani what do you mean? I plan on buying these or the older non+ variant soon for either 100 euro or 70. All reviews seem positive for both, with the +'s having better mic quality and battery life- something I couldn't care less about .___.
@@mataskart9894 Well first, I would seriously recommend getting the buds+, its only 30-50 dollars for double the battery life and way better call quality. Unless you're dead broke, get the buds+ Edit: I just realized you might be in a different country where the price difference is bigger, so nevermind
Second, I'm talking about the ambient sound mode, it amplifies fan noise to an insane degree.
@@BoshBargnani got it, thank you... Problem is, I REALLY don't care about battery life and call quality... The buds+ app is available on iOS and Android. Big oversight for this review smh
Yeah, that app is not only for samsung phones.
Oh that's good - it seemed like a massive hit for these to only be app compatible with Samsung devices.
Yeah I'm using the App with my iPhone and Buds+ right now. Would suck if it wasnt available because it unlocks features like the transparency mode
I have a samsung and an IPhone, and there is one difference between the apps you get on each phone. The "Labs" category, where I set the volume up and down but hitting the ear, instead of holding on the touchpad so long. Other than that, they are great, and at a decent price for me.

1:49 Marques finally succumbs to the "Pro" version marketing
what he meant was a upgraded version but many of us just called it "pro" as a better version
Poor idea with wireless due to easy loss and time waste looking for them😀
I have them and I have not had any problems when sleeping.

Is there any software or sound difference when used without a Samsung phone or iphone?
@@SantiagoDavel yes samsung specifically makes their OWN product worse on different operating systems
@@SantiagoDavel Supposedly there's a proprietary codec they use on Samsung phones, but honestly, it's no big deal. I've been using the previous model on a non-Samsung device with no issues.
You missed a lot of the best things about these earbuds:
they work on every device including iPhone you just need to download the app (not exclusive to Samsung devices).
Still a good vid tho
Reviewer that doesn't know some important things.
