I am thrilled to bits that in this world of 8 Billion people, Eric and Philip found each other ‼️ They are absolutely PERFECT for one another, and it is an absolute joy to watch👏🏼💞💞💞💞
Well, this was EVERYTHING! I'm in awe of these two, what they did to decorate their stunning home and the absolutely regal sensory experience they created for their guests in every way down to every detail. I so appreciate all that went into this night enough to have been there myself. This video was an extraordinary gift to watch. Thank you so much!
I'm so glad that you brought these two sweet and charming men to us a second time. Their home, their traditions, all the gorgeous decorations and table settings and what looks like delicious cooking were all a treat to see. Eric and Phillip exemplify grace, humor, and kindness in their beautiful home and with their friends and I am very happy that they welcomed us all into their little Christmas world. It was so much fun! Thank you Eric, Phillip and Homeworthy for such a nice Christmas gift !
Thank you for sharing your home, treasures, grace and holiday spirit. Spending time with each other and dear friends is a true gift. Many blessings to you this season and for the new year. Magical and Magnificent 🥂
I fell in love with Eric & Philip the first time that their house was showcased on Homeworthy . Thank you so much for having them again . Their style is fabulous and they are so down to earth .
Even if I was not physically there, it felt so nice to be a virtual guess at your holiday table. I cannot help to think how much work and dedication you guys put in the last couple of days in order to have such a glamorous and peaceful everything! Hats of!
These gentlemen and their home are just lovely. I teared up thinking of holidays gone by and people that are no longer with us at the holidays. I used to have family and friends who entertained in this fashion. I miss those days. Where would the world be without those who hold the traditions through the decades? Simply beautiful. Also, the story of the menorah and the Hanukkah song learned from his previous partner, who is now deceased, really brought me to full tears.
This is the best homeworthy I’ve ever watched!! These two glorious gentlemen are THE BEST at entertaining! I almost fainted when I saw the “dish room.” Merry Christmas and thank you for these wonderful home tours👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🎄
Each one of these individuals seems like a great human; what a special couple. And it appears that one has a late partner, which makes it all the more special that he found love again! There’s lots of love in this home.
Eric and Philip are as special and warm as their home. What a beautiful life they have made for themselves and friends. The prime rib looked delicious and, if you are worried about it being a bit cooked past medium, the solution is to supply your guests with additional champagne. 😉
Who wouldn't be honored to be invited to this gracious house with two wonderful hosts. I've enjoyed every minute of this unfolding story, from start to finish.
This is by far my favorite holiday Homeworthy video. Everything is so beautifully put together with such love. Wish I were their friend so I could be invited for this wonderful holiday party. God bless them.
I came across your site today while rooting around on the internet and I am so happy about this! You lovely people do things up so beautifully it makes me smile. Your food choices are right down my alley...spot on and brilliant as the English would say! Thank you so much for making my day.
When is someone going to invent a smoke alarm that turns off when we yell, "I'M JUST COOKING!" Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Such a wonderful, gracious couple.
I have enjoyed seeing this home and hearing these wonderful men speak of their home, their food they will serve, their community with the Magic Shop. I rec'd the alert to this and started watching it right away and I recd a couple telephone calls and texts from family and I was so afraid I would loose the site. I cannot believe what these gentlemen served! At the time of my receiving the alert I had a notebook and pen in my lap writing down flour, eggs, roast beef (in England it is known as a Joint). On Christmas Day I am making my Dad an English meal with Yorkshire pudding. I have beautiful china with the late Queen of England and her coronation tea cups and beautiful Wedgewood plates. I have my Mom's large Ethan Allen harvest table with all the matching furniture she left to me when she passed away in 2021 from cancer. My Mom made wonderful dark gravy keeping the drippings in her roasting pan and yes, putting the pan right in the stove to gather up all the seasoned treasures left in the bottom. I am unsure what vegetables to have with the Yorkshire pudding but I am making a nice garden salad and a cranberry compote that was my boyfriend's mother's recipe. My home is very simple and I am overwhelmed here since my move. I ran out of steam today to hang the lace curtains in my living room. This is the first home where I have a foyer so an extra place to decorate. I am glad when crackers were mentioned. I hope I can find them tomorrow after church. My father left England September 1947 after WW2. Some of his family are in Lithowania as well. Many of his family passed away in consentration camps. I was born in NJ and grew up in Bloomsbury which is a neighbor to Tewksbury in Hunterdon County I believe. When I visit my aunt and uncle I stay in a hotel in Clinton. I would love to go to the Magic Store someday. My grandmother made the best figgy pudding and us children would eat the curd by the spoonfuls if any were left. These gentlemen were delightful and such wonderful taste for decorating. Their house is beautiful and they are very down to earth and not show boaters at all. I hope they read these comments. I want to set a beautiful table tomorrow. I always buy Caspari napkins and I miss doing an Advent calendar. Maybe next year I will buy myself one. I wish you a wonderful Merry Christmas. Fondly, Rebekah in VA
I gasped at the basement collection! 😲 Incredible, and love how they host, set, and truly try to provide an experience of flavors and environment. Lovely hosts with a lovely home!
I was captivated every moment I watched this wonderful look into such an intimate social occasion and the work that went into pulling it off in all its splendor. What a team! However, the work before, after, and during all the logistics, shopping, decorating, and cleaning, was made clear also. But what wasn't made clear was the extra layer and stress of filming on top of all that was done. So, asking for a repeat next year or every year is disturbing. We were blessed and graced to be able to see all they do for one holiday season. Unforgettable and Thank You
I had to leave a comment. This is the most beautiful video. If you’re interested or passionate about hosting and living this lifestyle- this is the most inspiring and truly a display of love between these men. I love their passion to creating a home!
Their attention to detail in keeping the old world and traditions alive and well is unbelievable. Truly paying close attention to the little things that make life special.
Wow! These guys really provide an experience for their guests. What fun it would be to go to one of their dinner parties! I remember their previous home tour and now to see their place for Christmas was a treat. Thank you for inviting us in, providing cooking tips, and explaining your decor. Merry Christmas!🎄✨🎉
What a gift this episode turned out to be. I'm so happy you brought Eric and Philip back. Plus, we get to see their extraordinary china collection! Merry Christmas and happy new year to them and to all who help bring Homeworthy to our homes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work. It brings so much joy, inspiration and happiness to my life!
Beautifully done! I am with you, I believe it is important to keep traditions. My grandmother always set the table with her silver and china. I once asked why she used all of her best everyday, and she said “why would I only set the best out for company, and not for the person I love”…after that I began to use my best everyday. I am now 72 and to this day I still set every night a nice table.
I am in awe of the entertaining capabilities of these two charming gentlemen. What an absolute pleasure it was to watch how they cooked, decorated and entertained. I wish they had a show I could watch, I would learn so much! Beautiful home, delightful hosts. Pure joy....
I am completely blown away by these fabulous gentlemen. This is my favourite holiday house tour yet. I could listen to them talk all day, they are so genuine, engaging and talented! Their home is exquisite and their holiday decor and fabulous dinner are what dreams are made of. I even found myself getting emotional during the video, and wishing I could be a guest at that gorgeous table. Thank you for giving us a behind the scenes look at what it takes to be AMAZING hosts - I learned so much and feel very inspired! Merry Christmas.
Delightful from start to finish. I want to wander through their home and touch everything. Especially those amazing china and glassware pieces downstairs. Thank you for sharing your home with us. ❤
These wonderful people are the rightful inheritors of the beautiful pieces that are now theirs. They are knowledgeable and appreciative of the incredible workmanship and aesthetic mastery of the artisans who created them. I so agree that one’s effort is a huge compliment to our guests. Yes, it is a lot of work but the effect upon the occasion is priceless.
It's such a joy to watch Eric and Philip, the genuine respect and affection they show towards each other is just wonderful to watch. Looking forward to the Garden party video!
I watched the 1st episode of these two lovely men and said Wow out loud, as the home decor is just beautiful. But this Christmas 🎄 tour was definitely the pièce de résistance! Merry Christmas everyone and a safe and prosperous New Year🎉
Loved these two men and their stunning home the first time; and it was an absolute thrill to witness how they entertain and the detail they both go to, to create a wonderful sensory experience and memory for their guests.
We have the SAME shelves @ 1:03!! YES! This couple is pure class- so is their gorgeous historic residence!!! WE live in an histoirc home and you can see that they share that passion as we do! Kimberly
As soon as I saw that Eric and Phillip were the subject of today's video, my heart skipped a beat! I just love these two. I appreciate their talents, interests, class, style, collections, work ethic, warmth, cullinary expertise, but MOST OF ALL, the way they appreciate each other. Gentlemen, you are truly inspiring!
Just came here to comment because I loved this episode so much. Eric and Philip are among the most gracious of hosts and their love and joy with their home, their friends and each other is palpable. Having had an English mother, I enjoyed seeing the traditional English dishes and the care and attention to every detail. Thank you for allowing us into your dish/glass storage room and the information and stories related to each piece. Absolutely wonderful and hope we can see more of your beautiful home in future episodes. More is more!
Wonderful how beautiful and such beautiful home and decorations. Loved that jelly mould, used to do the same. Wonderful food. These two gentlemen are so talented in all cooking and home designing. Very lucky dinner guests.
As a vintage seller and collector I could live in that basement with that dinnerware. I also categorize by color, season, casual and formal. My daughter is 41 and receives a nutcracker from me every Christmas also, a tradition I started when she was a child.
Merry Christmas to two lovely Gentlemen who's gracious hearts have generously welcomed us. To be invited into your thoughtfully collected and displayed home was truly a Christmas gift. Thank you.
It was a lovely experience in this couples home. They both have an extensive knowledge of great food and decorating. There is something soothing listening to both of them speak about their passions. More please!
One of my favorite couples! Love their home & entertainment style. What a treat to be invited in for this magnificent feast! Thank you for sharing. 🎅🏻🌲🦌🎁
This has been a true joy to watch here in the UK. Your home and sense of style is beautiful. A sensory overload but in the best possible way. Thank you both for opening your home to us again. x

This was exactly what I was going to comment. Their friends are so lucky!
Yes! I was thinking that as I was watching the episode.
Exactly what I was thinking 🎉. I would definitely dress up for a night to remember.
Me too. Glorious house 😘
Le choix de la vaisselle est incroyable, quel gout exquis !!!
A warm, kind, and historically well educated couple who have created a beautiful lifestyle. Bravo.
