Sooji Mathri or Sooji nimki is a tea time snack recipe which is made using just rava/sooji. Crispy, spicy and crunchy, this recipe is perfect to have with a cup of chai. In our household, we eat Namkeen, Mathris, Biscuits along with tea and this recipe works great since it is super crispy and a bit tangy in taste.
