Man this video is so awesome. Ive got lots of laps around Hickory in various racecars, but ive been away fot a while. I just came back, driving a good Renegade car. Riding with you in this video, is great! Ive been watching closely, and youve definitely taught me a few things. Entry arcs, how and where to hook the bottom in the middle of one and two, just watching your line in general. Nice work. Its helpful to be able to ride that many consecutive laps, and settle into a nice and smooth rhythm like that. Class is in session, lol. Im not quite sure a Renegade is ever going to get Hickory that smooth though🏁🏆😎😁

I was able to land a very hefty $$$$$ponsorship at 17 yrs old (1999)which finally allowed me to go racing which I wanted to since 9-10. After my 1st yr of racing I was approached and asked to drive a latemodel for a local fam i was and floored living in a dream 80k$ sponsor now gonna drive for someone in my child hood fav class. 🤗☺️😎 couldn’t believe it. Well that was short lived as the 2 local tracks decided to drop the division 😭 whyyyy. And that’s when the LM div essentially died. So Purchased a SST mod as that’s what replaced the LM division. I hated and to this day hate those ignorant so called race cars. Who races with there wheels sticking out in the open 3’ off the car lol. Absolutely love everything about Latemodels they are the crème de la crème thanks for sharing your ride Landon 💪🏻👍🏻 happy for you man

@@HuffmanRacing we run a 3speed Saginaw..the 4 speed would work better on restarts because of our low chip rule
