I would suggest putting the her dish on a higher platform so she doesn’t strain her neck when eating, I would also separate her from the pups, so she can have some time to herself to eat in peace.
The correct position for dogs to eat is from the floor height it gives them more time to bite on what they are eating ,gravity helps which reduces choking

Uh there's about fifty ish golden retriever puppies on Petfinder last time I checked. And some of them aren't Goldens even if you squint hard. Don't know why you're complain about overbreeding goldens when rescues import them from overseas to the USA and other countries to keep up with people wanting to rescue Goldens. Oh, and a fun fact about importing dogs for rescue means new disease and sometimes rabid dogs even. Anyway, as long as they health test and post the results in the OFA and hunt/show their dogs then it's not an issue. If they're not then you might want to post that on here or something.

The world is over populated with dogs that are unloved and EUTHANIZED DAILY 😢so seeing stuff like this pi$$es me right the F OFF!
