- so now that i dont have a drone to do daily updates i went for a walk down to bramley moore today to look at future projects for bars and restaurants and shops around bramley moore as well as a possible a train station being closer then sand hills

I know mate and am out tonight to doing a filming a haunted video which will be uploaded tomorrow and drone is gone now and I just need to wait for a replacement 🫶💙🫶💙

I'm sure I read that Merseyrail were thinking about putting another entrance in for access to Sandhills somewhere. It could be that place!
If they put a place there mate it would make so much easy for access to the ground

This is my first time to see a stadium without a logo or name inside the stadium

Spurs’ stadium has all the same colour seats without any logos or THFC. All blue seats at BMD doesn’t bother me at all, I think it looks good

that security guard told dj audits last year that the building opposite were there working on is going to be a restaurant with a roof top bar , that will be cool so let's just see!

Great Howard St isnt planned to be closed off. Think its planned for shuttle buses to start & terminate by that land on Boundary Street.

Just Googled Murphy's Distillery and 10 streets social, they are both big inside and would take a good few hundred Evertonians,plus Bramley Moore pub and the ground itself ,so even now there are a good few pubs don't know if they are places you have to book or can just walk in?
Why not do snack bars and restaurants? Sans is one I heard was good
I think you can walk in them mate and I was thinking that one of the lands could be used for a merchandise market
Falcons, will not scare seagulls, the gulls will actually gang up on any bird of prey to scare them off.
They need something there mate they are getting out of hand
They use a BOP to scare away the Gulls in Chavasse Park and they disperse as soon as they see it.

The area around the new stadium will slowly evolve over many years. No individual or business will invest huge amounts in buying sites and funding demolition, building, fitting out, staff and heating costs, business rates etc etc for around 30 events a year, What about the other 330 odd days when they would struggle just to pay the staff?
Anyone visiting the area on non event days would head for the many bars and restaurants in the stadium itself.

The owners of the land on Blackstone St also own some of buildings adjoining it - they applied for planning permission to build a hotel on it but it was refused due to the Grade 2 listing nature of the existing properties.

Pretty sure the Bramley Moore is not owned by an Everton player. Very few places will survive on a match 20 odd times a season.
There's very few gold mines around Anfield or Goodison bar a few pubs and B&Bs certainly none that would justify massive capital outlays.
17 Regent Road used to be the Farmers Arms pub - offices now I think.
