@@Vaultboy517 The game info specifically stated "higher level runes". That means rune names actually have tiers. And like OP said, it's pointless now since we dont have much pools of better runes.
I'm just telling you what it does now. Maybe it will change in the future. I play on a 55" monitor. If you look real close at what they are showing in the add 3 box it's a different rune then the original you clicked on. Like I said 3 runes of one type make 1 rune of a different type. Go check it out. Blzzard/Netease made the synthesis icon so small and covered with a plus sign. You can't see it on a phone. At least not mine. I had to get right up to my monitor to see what it was and does. You don't think I was pissed when I put 3 together and got a different one. It was not a higher tier. I'll try again today and see if it gives me a upgrade of a different type but I doubt it.
I haven't seen anything other than basic runes. But some of these are great: stun protection, attack speed, block, continual dmg protection ... damn it's going to be hard to choose. It seems like runes only into the same slots ? Not sure if we can stack them
I got many runes from hidden lairs. Density is key it seems and they drop from non elites too. I THINK I got a rune in Survivors Bane too haha! I wish I could he sure but I'm pretty sure.
I got a single one during verge runs, I noticed the drop is very small and not sure if they get sent to mail if you don’t grab them so maybe just going to fast to seem them, but yeah the drop rate seems broken in both modes since that’s supposed to be the “main” way to find them.
The abyssal rift is a great way to get a ton of legendaries and monster essence. But after 30 I’ve found zero runes…even from the vendor. Should be a high percentage from the vendor/shards at least no?
You have to kill the boss to guarantee the abyssal essence. 10 essences gives a rune. Personally I like the Erreban one a little more. Take a high movement speed build and just run through opening all chests then escape. The only downside is occasionally I get trapped behind Erreban and he basically insta kills you if you get close. Either way, both these events are low reward for effort and time compared to spamming dungeons or anything else. I did almost 20 of the events and only got 1 rune, then I did 12 dungeons and got 4 more. Much faster to run dungeons.
I think Rune Synthesis is currently bugged or broken. The only thing is does is take 3 of the same Runes and give you back 1 of the exact same runes with no changes to it. Ive done it quite a bit and nothing different has come back
@@BatztheGamer It's been figured out now. And of course its just as misleading as we've grown to expect. So the most common thing I see is "It took 3 of my runes and gave me back one of the same runes", but that isn't what it's doing. Whatever rune you are selecting from the left side, the assumption is that is also the 3 runes that are on the right side under the "Required" section. Because it is presented to us as if we are picking a rune we want to improve. But thats not what its doing. If you're selecting a Paragon 20 rune, so like Nei or something, if you look at the symbols on the Runes you'll notice it is an entirely different rune. What it's doing is taking 3 of the runes below the one you have selected, in order to craft one of them. Using Bol, the current highest lvl rune as the example. When you select Bol from the synthesize window, it will take 3 Imm runes from you and craft you one Bol. Imm is Level 90 and Bol is level 100. So people think they are spending 3 runes to get 1 of the same back, but they aren't. They're having 3 other runes taken to craft 1 of the runes they picked. Sorry for the long explanation. Clearly whoever designed Pets also had a hand in this lol
The Runes is not exactly directed for pvp as it looks they are not active or show in alley of blood PvP event for instance and probably conqueror they Arent active either
@@islandcat3930 every half hour and end of an hour you got 6 min time window to farm. and contracts and rune drop rate shoot thro the roof. so say for explan at 3:29 to 3:36 you got 6 mins to farm to have that higher drop rate. than at say 3:59 to 4:06 you got another 6 mins window. and you can do that every hour. you can find a video of it on VK channel
I came back online after 2 month,for a new player the game is way to complicated,on top this there is no chance to reach top players stats,the 2 week catch up Mechanik is a joke. Im done.

The synthesis is kind of like the old runes. Put 3 of one kind together to get a different kind you want. For instance 3 syl make one imm.
It is like Diablo 2 Runes.

Try accursed towers at 00:00 and 00:30 every hour. Play for the first 6 minutes(for example 12:00- 12:07) it's almost a guaranteed drop
Dungeons and Rifts tend to be the best rn you might try Terror Rift you just need good farming dmg
There is only grey Runes now... They have not added blue yellow and orange Runes they will add blue Runes in 10 days

i've collected ~50 runes so far in the last 28 hours. There seems to be no cap on them.

Synthesis makes your runes be able to be placed in another slot I'm assuming to maximize one or two stats if they stats can be additive to each other
Fi'ding this myself x3 = a diffrent slot. I used x3 chest think it gave shield 1.

Yeah well PvP events you can't even use stances and full build so wtv, but for BG/SW/VIgil/RoE/Vault ofc runes are also directed to pvp
i found 22 today. and 24 yesterday from towers and dungeons. using the 6 min window trick with contracts
