What a race today the front group was so busy!
Good race. Hopefully everyone is back on track tomorrow and it's a 7 car fight to the finish.
Watching this now I really don't understand how Stevan and Jeffrey finished ahead of me. The explanation I got from the steward was that we finished the race on different laps because of the Kotyk taking the checkers while in between me and the lead pack. I can clearly see, as I thought while in the car, that I took the same white and the same checkered as the lead pack and when I drove by the two cars in the grass I would finish 5th..but no I finished 7th? I care more to understand than I do the 5th place, in the end it's no big deal but it makes no sense to me.
It looks like Kotyk took the Checkered before you so when you passed Davis and Valeo you were already on your cool down lap. How they determine positions when 3 cars were a lap down to the top 4 FVs that completed the lap, I don't know. Maybe positions as they crossed the line on last lap completed?
