I was going through a very difficult time in my marriage when this song came out, and I was feeling distraught, hopeless, and alone. It seemed like every time I got in the car and turned the radio on, this song was playing and tears would steam down my face. It was the perfect reminder to me that no matter what happened, my hope was in Christ alone and He would never let me down. Eventually, God restored my marriage and He continues to be my hope no matter what I have to face in this life.

Thank Mr. Kusuma for teaching me how to play "You Raise Me Up" on my piano, so I successfully motivated my morning school bus driver Bella to come to pick me up, and I gave Bella a hug before I entered the school building because today is the last day of school before the winter break, and she loved the video that I play "You Raise Me Up" on my piano.

This song has a very deep and heartfelt meaning, so I dedicate this song to my late grandfather, he was a very kind person and loved me, during his life he always encouraged and comforted me when I was sad and almost gave up he said all that was done governed by God, we must do our best. What I have never forgotten in his lifetime is that he had time to finance me when I entered high school and bought me a motorbike for transportation to school, he also bought me a bicycle when I was in class even though, when I was in elementary school, I was not in the top 10, but he bought me a bicycle with the aim of making me even better at my performance. I haven't had the chance to repay her kindness and make her happy, but it turns out that God loves her more, I can only wish her the best, I hope she will be calm in heaven. Thanks for everything grandpa😭❤️🌹

This song is easier to play than people think. Except it's in three different keys. Eb major, F major, Gb major. He's playing an octave higher than the original.
Any song can be played simply or more difficult with chordal and melodic embellishments as well as more nuanced harmonies etc. He played the melody here in various octaves actually.

Ryandi Kusuma is a good piano player. It is better if you have a singer of tenor or Soprano and you accompany the singer because the voice of singer is still better and nicer to be listened rather than instrumen piano.
