Having swords facing out is more logical, as, when going to pull them out, if a minifigure would, they would be facing the right way

Alright bro, ZX swords. Think of you having one IRL. Now try pulling out the swords. Which direction does the sword fac when it comes out of your back? Exactly. ith your logic, the minifig would pull out the sword backwards. It should be facing INWARDS for it to make sense.
