In many case, the tier list always ranked Johnny the low tier. But in my experience, Johnny, the Zoner type character, was fight with middle range attack and many Guard Break setups, and withe fast middle attack to destroy oppoent's guard. The back step only 18f less than other characters' 20f back step, step back then f.S should counter many melee situation. He was underrated.
