Even Gordon Ramsay does some vegan stuff which he hates but is positive about in those videos because vegan is a thing right now. So these kinds of videos are just to sell cookbooks. But I don't like Jamie's cooking in general, so I'll gladly watch Uncle Roger roast him. And yes, Uncle Roger does do research before making such videos.
