Cracking video, glad I came across your channel! I did my first escort load last week, was only a 22m steel load but definitely something different! Keep it up buddy
This popped up in my recommendations, never watched your videos before, this is the first time. Let me tell you, I never skipped a second! Here’s to the next! 👍
Saw you on the A50 this morning (21st September) the new wagon looks mint 👏👏👏 BTW, just because the job takes a long time, it doesn’t mean we have to wait a long time for content 😉 Keep up the good work Richard looking forward to the next one 🤟
Good to see you doing these, i'm the Hgv driver for Tinsley bridge and you do lots for us, either port talbot or cement factory jobs, was hoping you'd done one from our place but i see not yet, hopefully soon might even get me in background lol
Nice one Richard another interesting video, one of yours was struggling to get up Tennyson Rd on the diversion round the incident at the lights at Iceland cnr on Monday.
Hey pal, I was wondering when your video is coming 😁 It was a pleasure meeting you again as always. That was the last week in the Volvo isn't it? Great vlog by the way. Keep them coming 🤠🤙
I didnt realise until a bit back, that gear coming out of Siemans Staffs would be taken up to Runcorn ish then a barge around the coast rather than cross country, saves slogging across the uk when the destination is not too far from the coast.
The beams are bridge girders. The one Richard had is 40t and 24.1m long and goes in between two 30t and 17.7m long beams to form one long bridge section that will support the deck of the bridge. That particular bridge is on an HS2 site in Brackley 🤠🤙
A question please? what are your load points rated too? also your chains! as in NZ the amount of chains on the load simply wouldn't be enough. so interesting to compare please, Cheers

How does this sound?
The escort vehicles carry boards saying "ABNORMAL LOAD" and the truck has boards saying "We did warn you".
@@Paws4thot That would be excellent 👌🤣🤣
Nice vlog 👍
Thank you

@@TruckerFloz Hi floz. Thanks for your comment. I Have struggled recently making and editing videos. More coming soon.
1:00 - That looks more like a steel I-beam than a giant Yorkie!
heavy haulege sounds really interesting
@@the_austrian_brick Hi. Yes it is, it can be hard work but very satisfying
Another good video…. Any news on the new truck
@@alancox5357 Hi yes I have it. Hopefully new video coming soon
We're you up in Scotland today? Thurs 12th?
@@Gimpy1987VFR yes I was 👍
I'm sure I walked past you at cairn lodge.
I stayed there over night 💤
Big Web, I bet it has a lot of twist in it.

Just a question the beams, what are they for love the channel and do you know Martrain haulage in Northern Ireland

Progress ?, back in the 1960's when I started my apprenticeship the firm used to ship bridge beams like that regulary by British Rail.
A question please? what are your load points rated too? also your chains! as in NZ the amount of chains on the load simply wouldn't be enough. so interesting to compare please, Cheers
Hello mate keep them coming very good 👍 👌 👏. 🤙🦊 did you manage to get a spam and tomato bun .
I'm impressed that the whole beam sat on those two cross-beams without them folding up like staples.
I came here to say the same….40ton, on two 12 inch I-beams…😳
I thought you were only taking them down the road for a new mosque roof.
